At least 20 people are dead after a series of bombings in Baghdad and nearby cities. The violence comes as Iraqi lawmakers decide whether to allow U.S. troops to remain in their country. Susan Roberts reports.

The attack occurred after the U.S. military made a wrong turn down a dead-end street. Mr. Wheeler is lucky to be alive.
